Dr. Anderson is a veterinarian with special interest and long-standing expertise in public health issues involving animals, pet behavior, owner-pet interactions, and virtually all other aspects of the human-animal bond. He is also the co-inventor (with Mrs. Foster) of a popular CENSHARE product, The Gentle Leader® headcollar for dogs.

Mrs. Ruth Foster is another of the original founders of CENSHARE. Mrs. Foster is an internationally recognized expert on dogs and dog behavior. She is especially well known for her expertise in the selection and training of dogs for special, human-service oriented purposes. She is also Director Emeritus of Twin Cities Obedience Training Club (TCOTC) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mrs. Foster continues to be actively involved in many aspects of CENSHARE's mission and goals.
